We moved into apartments last spring, Paul, though there are 2 mobile homes on pilings on the way to Klamath from Crescent City, which were erected afte the '97 flood. (We-ell, 1 on pilings and 1 at the same height on top of a garage.)

Pauly, I saw on the news last night that half of California's citrus crop is probably ruined.
Things are much uglier in most of the rest of the country right now, and I'm glad to be here, with my power and lack of ice storm. I can even handle rumors of more snow this Friday.

OK ... two to six more inches of snow expected today.
And I love how 9News put this on their Web site: "The snow will end Sunday night with little moisture in store for several days afterward."
In other words, "The snow will stop Sunday night and we shouldn't get any more for a bit, but don't get your hopes up that it'll be over just yet."

I have heard there will be snow Saturday. No idea how much, though!
And I rode my bicycle to work this week: http://denver.yourhub.com/PARKER/Blogs/Active-Life/Outdoors/Blog~174767.aspx
