I'm writing a year-in-review book called "Annals of Claus, 2006." Just some silly things I've written about Santa Claus, so I have something personal to give to family members.

In various stages of completion are "Santa's Secretaries, A to Z," "I was a spy for Santa," and "Hell's Kringles." The last one is about some of Santa's cousins (also elves in his workshop) who flee the North Pole for one last fling as their make their way, on motorcycles, across America. Santa's publicists are very worried about the bad name these Kringles ,might give him.

... big holiday snow storm today and tomorrow. The airport's closed til 7 tonight and mail won't be delivered today. I don't think we've ever had the airport closed that long and I think mail still got delivered.

You posted that four days ago, Dragonfly. I hope you're not stranded somewhere in the snow as I write. Hope your Christmas was merry, even if it didn't go as planned. Hope you're safe and warm, wherever you are.
