Don't be sorry, I never expected any answer.
And I absolutely was not referring to any "high speed" on the Internet. I've just started with COLT telecom here in Holland, and we deliver anything from 64kbps to 2048Mbit/s to the end user. Be it data, speech, any protocol, bandwith is guaranteed, uptime is 99.9% minimal, 99.98% on demand. That's wat I was talking about.
