I had a very important job on Monday: keeping slow moving cattle and fast moving bank holiday traffic apart (we were moving the cattle to the summer pasture).

Ooh - I thought it was a journal entry. How odd.
Anyway - we were moving the cattle (I think about 16 of them, all different sizes and ages) about 600 meters along the back road and 34 cars came past in the half hour or so that it took. At the current rate of vehicle traffic growth it won't be long until this won't be possible....of course we could have chosen a better day than Bank Holiday Monday to move them
The trick to moving cattle is pretty simple:
1) Have a big stick
2) Do not use the big stick
3) Do not let the cattle think you won't use the big stick
Key: Complain about this post
