I kind of meant the Beeb site, rather than the h2g2 site. h2g2 is of course wonderful and saves my sanity.
If you change your name, just make sure you do it with h2g2 in the URL, and in the h2g2 skin. Then the h2g2 eds get it, and they're used to us.
This is the reason that Moderators were never allowed to moderate nicknames! Because they wouldn't understand h2g2! ican are really big on using real names, so they are fussy.
