Two that spring to mind are Flickr http://www.flickr.com and Fotki http://www.fotki.com/ I believe there's a few people. Do either or both of those fit the bill?

Yeah there's a few people on here that use Fotki. I used Flickr briefly, but then I got some free space in my Livejournal for photos and general gubbins so I've been using that of late.
