Zak travelled by first class air mail letter post, and he took just under a week.

So why are you a talking bruise?

Because I got back from the school field trip to the Peak District that I was helping out with yesterday afternoon. I'm covered in bruises from all the hill walking, night hiking, rock scrambling, caving in a disused 200 year old mine (explains my current prefix), absailing, and loads of other activities that mostly end in ing.

I think the rock scrambling and caving has helped overcome some slight claustrophobia (I got stuck a few times and it didn''t bother me), but how I managed to fit through some of those crevices (some less than 1m diameter) I will never know.

Ouch...
