How to have a good time in Blackpool
Just think - it's taken 4.5 billion years for our Solar System to get to this point. It did most of this on its own and even after a couple of million years with us on it we havent changed the course of events that much, even if we do ruin our own atmosphere. The planet will be much better off when weve all gone. Long live whatever comes next.
Whilst we ARE here though we might as well make the most of it and where else on this small planet can you have as much fun as you can in Blackpool. Whether you are in a small hatchback with four other people in a traffic jam staring at light bulbs or in Yates' Wine Lodge with four other people staring at Aussie White, there is no othe place like it.
I have many experiences of Blackpool over the years ranging from ending up in a nightclub on my own on a stag night before all the others turned up to sitting on a coach waiting for all the same guys to come back from said club. Or standing outside the Labour party conference in 1982 accusing people of selling out the working class. Them were the days.
