Why the hell not?
I'm not really here Posted Jun 13, 2010
Yep! Looking at a little 2 seater MX5. Had one on my mind for few years, but sort of at the back. If I don't find a decent one in the next couple of months I expect it'll go back to the back.

ooh, excellent! Sell it to me!
I've just asked my brother to find one for me, as a couple I found he laughed at, so just easier to delegate.

Nowhere near that - about £2k.
Could go more, but that leaves me with about the same for sound system and alarm and insurance. Although I shouldn't spend all my money in case I need it for, say, the clutch in the work van which is going.
Doggies WILL NOT FIT IN IT.
I do get the occasional invite out, and the work van smells of dog and is covered in dog hair. That's okay, it's a dog van. Just sometimes I don't want to smell and look like a dog when I go out.

Who cares Plus, Why the hell not Mina needs a 'Hunk' magnet, and being a typical heterosexual bloke, I can vouch for the interest a sexy, business girl about town, MILF in a sporty MX5 gains from the male populace. Go gettum girl
Wonder if I wil get away with MILF without getting yikes'd
It poasses the aged parent test, though my Mum is 93 and very niave

I thought MILF was what schoolboys called their mate's mums, not what grown adults called grown women???
No, haven't given up on it, it's actually better than the motorhome I was planning to get, plus the van is LPG so I'm doing my bit there. And it'll only be used once in a while, maybe couple of evenings a week to my social/games club just round the corner unless I ever get invited out anywhere else, and, er, I used to have a Merc that only did 17mpg, so I've done worse!

You could have got something a hell of a lot thirstier. I don't get to drive our MX-5 very often, and when I do, it's a bit cramped for me, being six-three tall and half that across the beam. But when i do, on a sunny afternoon, it's wonderful.

It's the kind of car the Russian Mafia would have a company car.

I'm still not sure if this is supposed to be a sensible discussion or my ususal puerile sense of humour getting out of hand as usual

That's a new acronym for me. Mind if I stick to Yummy Mummy for now?

I am here you know.
I have a name, in fact I have three or four names, so one of those would be great.
Some woman told me she thought I was younger than her daughter (who is apparently 30)!? It's just because I act so immature all the time, and I think I had my hair in bunches at the time.

Long gone are the days when I could have put my hair in bunches or let it fly in the wind of an open topped sports car
MX5, most definately says successful business woman about town
