Fashionable late of course.
Thank you for your Christmas card! I'm hopeless at finding time to sit down and write them. I've just taken some time to read your recent journals (because you know I always did, even before we'd even chatted on here) and it looks like you've had an eventful year. Maybe 2012 will be even better. And I hope you find your dream man!
My 2011 wasn't that great, being made redundant was far more of a shock to the system than I ever thought, but it was the best job I'd ever had - or ever will - so I guess I'm allowed to mourn it. And although it was brilliant, I was so short of money all the time, as it was part time. So now I have full time work I can get my finances back on track, even after a couple of months it's made a big difference. I'm hoping to replace my very ancient (2005) and s l o w laptop in the next couple of weeks and then I'll be back on here more frequently.

You're welcome! Only clients and friends I had to post got one from me, everyone else was sadly neglected. I like to send them to say 'even if we don't speak/email/meet all year I still think of you and hope you are doing well'.
I hope you are happy in your new job, or at least settled, you never know, another similar job may come your way. I've been made redundant twice now, according to the Personnel lady from the first one, I've got one more to go. I'm hoping my business will keep me employed forever, but being flightly Mina I'll have a new passion in about 6 years so who knows where I'll be?
It will be good to see you around the place more!
