I suspect 'packed' has two different meanings... currently at w*rk, so no - and still looking for a suitcase to fit the cabin baggage restriction...

It normally goes by weight, rather than size I think. A good quality rucksack with plenty of pockets would be ideal, and it's what I took when I went to Holland, although I was only there 2 nights. Just a suggestion.
