Hi Mina

Lots of questions for you, half the enjoyment is the anticipation don't you think ? Where to start ? where to start ? ah yes Mel and Kim - I used to sing "I ain't ever goin to be bespectacled" sadly time and tide wait for no man and the time thing caught up with me, people always say to me "oi what are youi doin in my garden" no seriously they say "why don't you wear your glasses ?" my swift and witty rejoinder ? "I only need them to see with" - a sort of location joke you kind of have to be there to appreciate it.

I read with keen yes keen interest your ongoing conversation with Mustapha (I wonder if his second name is Laugh?) as I too long to see some of my work published and I ain't too proud to beg ! that sounds like a line from a song. Anyway my point, and I do have one, is I was taken by your name, what is the meaning? significance?, and is this the best place to discuss the vague meanderings of my convoluted psyche ? like I said lots of questions. In closing I'd like to say I thought Mel and Kim were brill, I love Music (especially Disco, please don't out me in h2g2, it would be mortifying to learn that others knew my secret) and I love connecting with people, feel connected? reply if you feel like it

Bye for now

I'm not really here

Hello there. smiley - smiley sorry it took me so long to get back to you, but I was having a midweek crisis and I wasn't up to anything other than sulking about h2g2 and talking cobblers. Serious discussions like this one need to be taken much more seriously. smiley - smiley

Now then, you ask about my name. What's it's meaning? Well, Mina is my online name that I picked from the sequel to Dracula called Mina written by some other woman. In it Mina is strong, assertive, likes a bit of bedroom activity, and basically does what she wants whenever she wants to. Slightly difficult when you live in Victorian times, but she managed. smiley - smiley So I thought that was sufficiently like me to enabe me to steal her name without worrying too much.

The Muse bit, well, Muses are supposed to inspire people.
And the Bondage bit, well that's clear? smiley - winkeye

I like disco too! Which reminds me, I must visit my local disco palace again soon. smiley - smiley

Hey Mina

Thanks for replying, sorry to hear about your mid-week crisis, I can't seem to fit in a mid-week crisis as I'm usually consumed with the end of last weeks crisis or the start of this weeks crisis, c'est la vie.

So you are the strong, assertive, does what she wants type hey! well let me tell you young lady I didn't get where I am today by letting women dominate me, although the thought is quite enticing as you would understand from your obvious experience in the bondage arena. I really want to avoid letting the tone of this serious conversation slip to the "oh he only wants to talk about sex" thing, so moving rapidly along I challenge you (knowing full well you won't be able to resist) to answer a few questions that may give me an insight into Mina. You may take as long as you like to respond as careful thought and honest answers are imperative, here goes :

Your all time favourites for the following please
1. Book
2. Song
3. Food
4. Movie

I love this question but I have an even better one waiting for you, Patience Mina, is a virgin, or is it virtue? whatever. I find it incredibly stimulating to match wits with an intelligent woman, I can sense you fit the bill and I'm looking forward to developing a rapport based on a combination of discussions about how we think, feel, and sense things. Apologies in advance if this seems over the top, I feel however you are up to it and will rise to the challenge.

Bye for now

PS ever heard of Skellig?

I'm not really here

I'm over the mid week crisis now, I'll be fine until I lurch headlong into the next one, but they seem very few and far between these days. smiley - smiley

If you didn't get where you are today by letting women dominate you, where are you? I would assume it's very lonely there, with all the other men enjoying being at a woman's feet/beck and call. smiley - biggrin
You can talk about sex if you like, I'm not saying I'll answer, but I try to keep conversations on the straight and narrow. (HAHAHAHAHAHA!!) Oh sorry about that.

Questions and Answers, here goes...

1. Book - It's got to be the Compleat Spanker. Unless we're talking non SM and then it's smiley - erm so many to choose from... Anything by Stephen King, especially if it's Desparation.
2. Song - Hanky Panky by Madonna. smiley - bigeyes Although, again truly honestly, Band of Gold by Freda Payne. So many to choose from! I like Sandstorm by Darude too.
3. Food - Roast dinners!!
4. Movie - Ferris Bueller's Day Off. And Maverick.

Skellig? No. What is it? A thing? Sounds like a place really.

Glad to hear about your complete and full recovery from your mid-week crisis. So you will kep me on the straight and narrow I have a feeling you are only making it hard for yourself (hahaha)here ends the sexual reference now back to the serious stuff ...

I was amazed by your second selection for most favourite song as this has been mine for a very very long time ... you took me from the shelter of a mother, I had never known or loved any other, we kissed after taking vows ... love it love it love it, (Mina goes up considerably in researcher Skelligsbros estimation, constant references to spanking and bondage leave said researcher perplexed but with a strangely piqued interest, he starts to suspect she is not joking? and may be a Dominatrix? in real life, if so researcher decides he needs to get out more as he is is not experiencing life to it's fullest)

Now for the real test, having accepted that you love roasts, Stephen King, Mel Gibson or James Garner and all things of a bondage nature I wonder what you feel about your Childhood ? what things have you carried into your adult life ? what things awaken your Soul, when do you experience your strongest feelings ? what was your first kiss like ? have you loved and lost ? and how did all these things make you feel?

Please feel free to put in the obligatory sexual reference in your reply, but most importantly tell me what's in your heart of hearts.

I'm not really here

You think I might really be a dominatrix? You won't be the first, and you won't be the last to think that.
This is one of the only places that I talk about it so openly, and even indulge my tastes to my hearts content. smiley - smiley IRL there are people that know nothing about it, other people know, but it's not really mentioned. So, I take advantage of the huge openness of this site, to go a bit OTT. I can be entirely serious, and not mention it for, oh,ages, if required. Except for the name of course. smiley - winkeye

I'm glad you liked my choice in music, it took me ages to decide on that one, but all the tracks that ran through my head, that kept coming back and back and back, so I thought that must be The One. smiley - smiley

what you feel about your Childhood ? The main feeling is gladness that it's all over. I do look back through rose coloured glasses occasionally, but really, growing up was the best thing I ever did.

what things have you carried into your adult life ? Love of reading, love of playing up and showing off, turned into a bit of a manipulator in RL relationships, although I try not to do it. That probably came from childhood, the bit where boys started to be interested I think. I've also kept my childlike (not always childish) sense of humour and wonder.

what things awaken your Soul, when do you experience your strongest feelings ? When I think of losing those I love. Very odd, as I have experienced very little loss of loved ones in my life.
Also music can stir my emotions extraordinarily sometimes. Make me feel huge sadness, or intense love. smiley - weird I think. That happens most when I am driving late at night and I'm getting tired.

what was your first kiss like ? First one with tongues I hated. I was about 12 I think. I hated it so much I didn't do it again until I was about 19. Although I wanted (and had) boyfriends, I wouldn't smiley - kiss them. After getting horribly drunk and naked lust took over one night, there was no stopping me. smiley - smiley

have you loved and lost ? My mum used to foster little babies, I loved all those, and lost them all. smiley - cry As to men, only once really. Someone I loved, who had taught me a lot and given me the confidence to be the woman I am today walked out on me after two years. I blame his lack of confidence in his own ability to keep a relationship going, as he said many times that he still loved me when he left. Things got very bitter between us when I started a casual relationship with one of his friends, and then moved onto his flatmate, who I am now happily in love with.
Now we don't talk, and I mourn the loss of friendship more than I ever mourned the loss of the relationship after the first shock had worn off.

Are you sure you're really interested in my life story??
