Charming! Yep, we got home fine, although EV got a bit queasy on the train. AGB took care of him though, and we all got home safe and sound.

Did you get to the Dali exhibition on the end?

No. We tried to go to The House of Detention, but we had trouble finding it. When we asked for directions we were told it was closed. So we found a pub. Then we were supposed to be watching some films in Hyde Park, but couldn't find that either. When we asked about that, it had been cancelled. After that we gave up on trying to entertain ourselves and went to meet Orcus in the pub.

As long as you had fun that's all that matters. Where would we be without pubs!
Just check that you still have your soul. I don't trust that Orcus.

Yep, I think I still have it. I don't have a voice though. It's been cracking and breaking all afternoon. I blame Shazz actually. I kept ending up in pubs with her. Bound to be something she did. Unless it was Orcus after all...

I'll also be writing my back dated journal entry shortly, had to wait til 100WW was out of the room.

Won't honey make it dreadfully sweet? I might have a honey and lemon drink instead, as I like that sweet. My voice did get a bit better, but started going again once J got home from school and I had to start talking again. The house seemed very empty today.

A hotel sounds like a good idea. I have a very small house though, I'd only fit a few dozen in at a time if they were friendly. Mind you, most researchers are more than friendly.
