I have been given the pleasure of subbing your entry for inclusion in the Edited Guide.

I have changed hardly anything - just a few punctuation marks and a little of the grammar. If you would like to take a look at A6760073 and give your seal of approval then I can return it for final processing.

Out of interest, I developed this way back in 1959 and spent 5 weeks in hospital and a year gluten-free. At that time very few foods were gluten-free so I mainly subsisted on sandwiches and toast - the bread tasted awful so I hope it is better now!

I must have been very lucky, however, as they took me off the diet in 1960 and I haven't had any problems since.
