Ramblings
Read about H2G2 in "Salmon of Doubt" but have only got round to visiting, having viewed the pages about the new version of HHGTTG (which I missed the first 2 episodes of, due to being on holiday!). Working full-time for Quantity Surveying / Estimating practice (as administrator/accountant/helpdesk/office manager/general dogsbody) and studying various OU courses. Live in pleasant village in Sussex, 2 dogs, 1 husband, no children, lots of wonderful friends.
Don't know about you, but I believe that ANYONE who says that they "would not know what to do if they won the National Lottery", suffers from severe lack of imagination...I wouldn't know where to start (literally: I mean, where out of all those places you have always longed to see, would you go for the first part of an extended holiday)?
Look forward to finding my way around H2G2 - and to hearing from you all!
Best wishes

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
