Everything went really well, thanks! The bride was stunning, the reception was fantastic, the speeches went down well, and all the Gambians came out onto the beach and danced around a lot. Managed to get a cricket game in on the first day of honeymoon - see http://tr.im/QjuV After everyone went home, we took ourselves off into the bush for a bit of peace and quiet in a river lodge and fell in love all over again. Then we came home and had a huge party with live music and real ale and just about everyone we've ever known.
There are some photos lurking around Facebook, but if you don't know me on there there will be a load on Photoshop when I've finished editing them. Unfortunately, there are over 1,500 of them now that I have the UK photos, with more to be scanned, so you're going to have to wait a bit longer to see an online album - I'm about 1/4 of the way through a very judicious editing process. Control freak that I am, I'm laying out and editing our photo albums as well. I only plan to do this once, so I want to get it right however long it takes. I may upload a video to the Cavaliers site at some stage, but I need to crop it into manageable sections.
Apologies for not dropping by to say hi sooner. Some people have been really kind and sent cards and even the odd present, and we'll be in touch with you personally soon.
