See A3881379, my entry on Academic League, for more details, but basically there are four grades in high school, 9th - 12th. 9th and 10th graders can play novice, 9th - 11th can play JV and 9th - 12th can play varsity. However, due to the increasing levels of difficulty, it's rare for anyone but a 12th grader to play varsity or anyone but an 11th grader to play JV.

So though I wouldn't be setting a record (it's been done before), the anomaly would be cool enough to want to do it.
