Just to drop a note of no importance...
We had sushi the other night. One of the dishes on the menu was called Dai, so Husband ordered that one (I picked shirashi sushi)

Sorry Milla for not responding, I've not been in the ste for a few weeks, off playing with my new German lover
I'd love to know just exactly what the components of this excellent dish were?
Hope you are all well

It's all well - the tango class anxiety of Monday has worn off...
Dai was a mixed sushi platter, nigiri, futomaki, nothing extraordinary. They just named the three sizes of mix platters differently...
Dai in Japanese is a big white root that they use a lot. Texture reminds of radishes, but not as hot.
Looking forward to a visit from you in May!

I'm sorry Im on the floor laughing at the thought of Dai meaning a big white root!
May is a very distinct possibility, will be talking to LS later about trips and such.
Was very tempted by a bike tour to Norway as well, but might be too much for this year as it's for 14 days.
Bye for now

I just had a look at your tag, and thought that "All those who believe in psychokinesis, raise my children".
Another thought without reason, obvoiusly.
I heard from that you were poorly, I hope it sorts itself out soon!

Your children will be fine, I'm sending positive thoughts as I type, well as positive as I can be at thes time of the morning.
I'm slowly returning to normality, don't know what was wrong but had enough tests to eliminate anything "serious" another week or two and things should be sorted.
I'm up at this ridiculous hour on a Sunday morning as I am off on the bike on a charity run. NOw what shall I wear? Decisions , decisions....

Well it went very well, despite the glooom and doom warnings of the weather forecasters the sun shone even if it was a bit cold.
I made a decision on the riding atire, went for the heavy duty winter clothing with lots of layers and very flattering thermal underwear
