Maybe it's something going around? The missus and I are both a bit off this week, head-aches, not sleeping well, just feeling kinda "bleahhhh".
Please do take a rest or nap as times allow, eh? Sometimes that is the only way for a body to 'catch up'.

Trying to avoid the stifling heat and humidity that found us again. And it looks like about 4 or 5 days of it are to follow. 
Are you particularly fair of skin, or just not a great fan of excessive sun-shine?

its just started getting hot again here and it going to stay for atleast a week
not great fan of the sun never had a tan really since i was young but got burnt a couple of times when i was young also, i think you could call me fair of skin not sure though lol

Folks with light hair and paler skin tend to have the most problems with sun, ... 'tis why I asked. I guess you just learn what you can tolerate, and try to avoid the rest.

Moving about as little as possible. 'Tis weather like this that makes me wish I was still 7 years old. Atleast then I could get nekkid and lie in a shallow creek I knew of.
At my horridly advanced age, I'd be tossed in a padded room somewhere.

i still didnt like it when i was a child either lol but was only 4 when it was really hot before so cant remember it but that was the hottest july since records began yesterday
yeah you would be lock away for doing that better just stick to wearing abit of clothes and drinking something cold lol

I never would have dared a 'tantrum'. I'd have lost a few inches of hide. And with such happy ideas, I too have managed to block a LOT for the first 17 years of my life. And kept some of the very few memories that bring a smile.
