Axi, banana bread is a non-alcoholic way to use up those brown bananas right before you are forced by good common sense to toss them out. It's a soda bread rather than a yeast bread, so you don't have to knead the dough. If you are interested, please let me know. I can l(ook) up my recipe and make the necessary translation to get cups into grams.



For the alcohol-based method of dealing with over-ripe bananas - put them in a blender with rum and ice.
