I'm sad to say the Mourne Wall Challenge probably is not on the cards this summer. My knee gave me a wake-up call today when I was walking on flat ground. 22 miles (not counting the uppy and downy bits) might be a bit stoopid. I'll know better tomorrow after I've put the knee through its paces.

I'm lucky with my knees; my ankles are a bit dodgy at times, but good walking boots solve that problem.

Mine is ok for the most part. It only usually plays up at the end of a day's walking (and then just really on steep down-hills), or if I'm sitting still for a long while. Which is one of the annoying bits of having a desk-based job.
