Um, if this is a STUMPED initiation, how come it is mostly non-stumped guys there? In other words, how come it is Affy and not KL? If a STUMPED member would fit the bill, perhaps BBW could perform the secret mission? He is probably available.

It was secret for you, from Liz and Ultros and Chupon and Starman Jones.

And KL took Liz's powers and said that Liz could take some friends and enemies along that she thought would help, as long as they didn't help TOO much. (In other words, no Mackenzie.)

Ah, I see. Sorry about spoiling the plans. It would have been fun the other way. Oh well. I'll try not to help Liz too much, then. I just hope the killer rabbits really are all gone.

Right so.

Here's the /real/ deal behind what's going to happen. They'll get to the caverns and YK will sense something out of place and say that we'll need to be careful about taking the Crystal Light. (At some point here, we'll want Janine to appear.) Liz will yell, "IT MUST BE MINE!!" and grab the Crystal Light. She will lose her balance and start to fall over. YK will telekinetically keep the Crystal Light from hitting the ground, and Liz will vanish in a burst of light. One of my characters will deduce that Jedi telekinesis caused the disappearance, and then we'll all hold the crystal, YK will use telekinesis on it, and ...

Did you read the old threads? Sounds like you know pretty much what happened there. The crystal lights refers to some strange glowing crystals that lined the walls of one cavern. I can't remember now what colour they were, but Affy pocketted a few, as any adventurer worth his salt would do. I can't remember now whatever became of them. But anyway, they are crystals that grow and glow on the walls of this cavern, rather than a lamp of some sort.

Yeah I know.

Anyway, what happens next is were teleported to this other dimension. It's sort of split in half. There's the Light World and the Dark World. The Light World is entirely prosperous, etc. with very little bad stuff happening, except that bad stuf is starting to happen a lot. The Dark World is the opposite. Anywho, while saving the Light World and the Dark World, we'll discover that all the problems are the result of these three guys who're in for world domination. Then we'll discover that /they're/ under the control of this even bigger Bad Guy named Chaos, who then proceeds to merge the two worlds into a third world (called by its inhabitants the Dead World, the End of the World, etc). Then we all go and kill Chaos and live happily ever after until our /next/ adventure.

Phew! With Affy and me and our fertile imaginations aboard, what do you think the chances are of it actually falling out that way? I can contain myself and let it happen that way, but Affy won't know that that is the plan and I predict the story will quickly divert from the planned path. Then, I'll let loose too

It's better that way anyway - unpredictable.

I explained what that was, basically, to Affy. And I really /don't/ have much of an idea of what's going to happen besides that, except that there /must/ be a town named Tarsis.

Well, that at least should be no problem.
