The maxim seems to be 'many things in moderation help to build a healthy nation'. Can't remember where that came from but who cares? It sounds OK anyway.

By the way I did enjoy the 'Will there be pies' trip though there aren't many recent postings.
I'm working on an entry at the moment and have given some research links to a cheese entry under construction. I think that's a mammoth one but people surprise you so here's hoping.

I've already had to chop one contact myself. Don't know what's going on but some are just... out there.
