It's 6am i've had 4 hours sleep and been up since 4am i do this every other week from monday to friday you'd think it would get easyier but it don't why

Little sleep is still little sleep. Sounds quite harsh

yea it is but even when i have more sleep i still feel poo in the morning

Probably because your sleep pattern's messed up and you're not getting enough of the right type of sleep

There are probably a few things you could try I guess, like lavendar oil and no 
before bed?

Any odd time really. Don't normally have internet access in the morning, today's a bit of a novelty. There are people here from all over the world though so there's always someone online

How about posting in some of the busy forums? Especially <./>askh2g2</.>, there's always lots of active discussions going on there.

yea thats alright but i like talking in small groups mainly 1 or 2 so people i can see what there in to. i'm talking to more people nowdays i'll find some more people to talk to so i ain't bothered
