I didn't mean to offend you, fluffy. This is a difficult transition and we are all irritated that it's not going as well as we hoped. I've been championing this update since the beginning, and trying to tell people it will be OK and how much better things will be if the BBC put their time and money into the site.
Having a site that barely appears to function is upsetting and I understand your worries - I've been here nine years and I'm about to lose my beloved Goo and Plain to something that can't even keep a track of my conversations!

On the other hand, The Rev has been complaining constantly about this since it was announced. He is refusing to even attempt to like the site on principle. In addition, he thinks that shouting about it will stop the process or help get him noticed. Even worse, he is getting more and more shouty in an attempt to force people to press the Yikes button. He's almost trying to bully us into it. I want to Yikes him but that will just give him what he wants.

I didn't want to bring it up in the other threads as it would derail them further, but I wanted to make sure that you were OK.
