okay http://www.news.com.au/entertainment/story/0,26278,24045314-5013560,00.html she does look great! i am still working on my tummy and there's a little bit of cellulite on my upper arms and upper legs that WILL come off now that i know how to get rid of it (i never had that problem until recently) and then i have to gain about 5 lbs back in my um chest area... i do believe its possible... just exercise everything but that area and eat all the things they tell you to avoid in order to lose weight...

smiley - wow

okay... but it still is going to be a little while until the bikini smiley - kiss and remember... i AM a year older than her !

I have this plan, it involves building a rather large arsenal and various armoured combat suits, which I have gotten mostly designed, and taking the world by force. I even had a dream about it the other day, where I was in court, for some reason and I started laughing and I asked, actually demanded of the judge what right he had to sit in judgement over me, then I said the quote in my tag line about the strong ruling, before leaping across the courtroom and snapping the judge's neck like a little twig. For some strange reason they'd let me keep my sword and very large gun. After pacifying the whole court I went to the house of commons, asked "{Who rules here?" and shot the PM before asking again and continuing until some MP said "You do?" Then I woke up smiley - sadface

You can't do that kind of thing these days, the world's turned all sissy. I was borne in the wrong time. I'd have been better born before 1820, in fact I'd have been best born around 900AD in northern europe. Back then an ambitious young warlord could really make something of himself.

and yet I can easily believe that I'm capable of killing someone, I'd feel really guilty and bad about it afterwards and i'd have to have lost control, but I can easily believe myself capable of the act and that frightens me.

you know... its funny but right before you said that i got one of those recorded marketing calls and i stayed on the line to push the button to get to the live person because i had been receiving calls from these guys for weeks no matter what buttons i pushed and the bad thing is one time i could not get the phone hung up and what if i had had an emergency??? so i stayed on again on this call and asked for a supervisor and when she wouldnt connect me it turned into a shouting match and i sorta lost it and i felt so ...much ...anger

smiley - erm

i did feel murderous for the first time in years!!

so it is always time when something like that happens to me... to settle back and look and see what is really bothering me... it surely cannot be that little black girl calling from chi town, illinois, in the heart of the projects... who has to take that job because it is the only one she can get during this administration's invasion of our country... and she needs it to support her kids...

its gotta be something inside of me... something i feel helpless about...
