Yup, English

I had English and... French

What's wrong with French? That's my first language

it's so horribly difficult. I never got the hang of it. But I fear German is just as difficult.

Oh.. well, German is my mothertongue, so that's different

Just like French is my mothertongue....kind of....I was brought up in a bi-lingual household so I was taught both languages from early childhood

I learned English at school. Was hard at first, too. I'm not really good in languages.

I was lucky in that respect, my mum is English so me and my siblings learnt it almost simultaneously as we learnt French

yes, that's really lucky. My aunt is from mexico, so my cousins learn German and Spanish simultanously. That's good, too, I think.
