Once again, I have arrived.
My experience with h2g2 dates back to late 2001. A good number of people date back farther, however, relatively speaking, I'm an old fart.
There are various reasons for leaving my old identity out to dry. The best reason is that it's already served it's purpose and to continue to use it would feel strained. As a result, LordContinuum is here, now.
I used h2g2 heavily for many years but about a year and a half ago I pretty much quit for good. Of course, like a bad smoking habit, I'm back again.
I have, perhaps, known many of you over the years. Or more likely, you're new to me. Feel free to chat. I'm a friendly (if somewhat obnoxious) fellow.
Oh. And please use Goo. Because it is better.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
