Thank you for your kind attention.

I am indeed still here, and we have passed an entire season without one dramatic weather event.

We just finished Fantasy Fest, and it was the largest ever, with about 85,000 attendees. We were delighted to see them arrive, and twice as delighted when they departed.

We will now settle in for the long, temperate winter, filled with snowbirds from the great frozen North, which started freezing early this year, so I'm guessing our recession has passed.

and then you stopped posting right after talking about yet another storm coming

i live on an island ...am i correct that you do too?

The KW is for Key West, Florida, down here at the end next to Cuba. If you can call a 2 mile by 4 mile patch of exposed coral an island, this is it (and yes, the water goes all the way around it) Sorry, common tourist question.
