Being serious now...I'm Kate, 18 y/o from Cheshire (the nearly-middle-class capital of the Northwest? Hmm....actually, not true ;)). I'm currently tucking into a piece of yummy pineapple as I type this, as well as preparing for my fairly imminent A-level results (eep!) and actively trying to compose some music, as well as general chilling and making the most of whatever it is that our summertime's had to offer! 
First and foremost, I'm a musician and a lover of good music within most genres. I sing primarily, but I'm gradually discovering that the more I can get tunes out of my piano & alto sax, the more I'm using them!! ;) I'm also trying to come back to playing the guitar after a...heh....pretty lengthy break 
. I'm intending to study Music at Birmingham Conservatoire (please gawd!) specialising in composition (and still singing as much as poss)and ideally I'd like some career in the music biz, be it composing for film/TV, performing, publishing, recording..or all four...
..."The female Steve Albini" (as my boyfriend put to me)?
Could be fun!
