Yes Flarn, it is a made up word.

Anyone who has ever played Final Fantasy 10 (FFX) will have come across creatures named Flans, they come in different flavours, Fire, Water, Thunder and Blizzard (and later on in the game other flavours too)

I am quite good at creative spelling, and also creative swearing (i find it shows more imagination than peppering my speech with 's) and both of these appear if you ever speak to me on msn.

Now around a year ago I was speaking to a friend or possibly several friends and I *meant* to say Flan, but instead typed Flarn, a friend asked What a Flarn was, So I replied that it was in fact A Barn made out of the Flans form FFX.

We put the Vaccum cleaner together today and tested it out, It works, so now I can Nighthoover!

I also received the date for my Scan to check for PCOS, 22nd November.

The council pest control man came round this morning, he thinks that the scratching and squeaking is in fact Rats, He has placed some poison down, but says it is likely to be 8-10 days before the rats eat any of it. He will check back with us in a couple of weeks. Apparently there have been Rats in this property before, and the landlords have done little to remedy this, there were rat droppings under the Bath!

Cubs and Scouts tonight, and then the 50's and 60's night at the Union (the Dundee uni one)
