I would never want to offend a cyber friend and excellent player When I was a real newbie, Kif put the fear of God in to me once and TQ really scared me until I knew him better. PS.... it must have been while you were having your knee fixed (which I hope is doing much better now) that things became pretty lively in the Forest. All tongue in cheek and meant with no malice, and since you have taken on the gentler persona, perhaps that might be why you mis-interpreted my recent 'storyline'. I do indeed remember how you sent flowers to your RL girlfriend upon her return from Paris and once again I can only apologise

You have nothing to alpologise for, it's just that I have memories of an unpleasent encounter in the past, which I pray is over and maybe I over reacted. You haver my apoligies.
As to the knee, yes the right one is better thank God, but I shall have to have a knee replacement now on the left.

When are you having your left knee replaced? Will you be out of action for as long as you were last time? You were missed you know

The left knee will need to be replaced and they are talking July. I should be off about 8 weeks.
Still I shall have Colleen running adfter me he said hopefully.
I did not reply at once, but I work shift and not always in the same room and not always with access to a PC.
Anyway. After today I'm nights on Thursday and Friday.
I use this a a waving smiley.

That was very sweet of you to check in I've been very mentally and just not able to play but I have been watching I've been chatting rather than playing the last few days. I also saw your sterling efforts the other night on the Limericks game

I must admit to struggling a bit towards the end. It's the problem of doing nights shifts Back on days now for Monday & Tuesday then Wednesday & Thursday off

There was a massive change in RL and I'm not able to play as much. As to whether I'm all right, I'm OK(ish) thanks for asking How are your knees now?

The right one is fine, trouble with the left which filled with fluid and had to be drained. How are you? I keep getting kicked out with the message server too busy. Then I have to re-register

Fluid on the knee? Sounds very uncomfortable. I hope it is all sorted for you now. RL is not going quite the way I had hoped for us all. I don't feel so 'lost' but if ever the diplomatic corps need staff, I shall certainly apply. I feel totally qualified in that area having done it on a part-time basis for a number of years now but my goodness, how tiring doing it on a day-to-day basis. I'm digging deep into my resolve for the outcome I desire. I have to disappear for a couple of weeks but I will be back. Thanks for dropping by Take care

No knee pain thanks. An implication at home has left me feeling completely indifferent for the last two days. The Simpsons have nothing on us. In fact, this evening when the telephone rang I threatened Eldest by answering with 'Marj Simpson' and as I answered with a real 'hello' (seeing as it was the business line), Eldest did an absolutely killing rendition of Marj in the background! I was howling
