I thought you might appreciate this, based on various passing comments:
A year or so ago I was driving to Hannibal, Missouri (I try to go about once a year or so) on highway 79 when I passed a building that quite boldly bore the name 'Christian Disposal'.
Surely, I thought, it can't be that easy?!
A little while later I passed a truck, also labelled 'Christian Disposal', travelling in the opposite direction.
I'll be, I thought, they even do pick-ups!

I'm not sure they have to be disposed of. Could't they just be converted to peaceful use?

Some could, I suppose.
Generally, I don't consider myself anti-Christian. I just have a strong dislike for preachy people and this seemed like a tidy solution.
Actually the name struck me as funny more than anything else.

A friend of mine took his family to Tennessee last year. Apart from seeing Dollywood and the Sun Records studio, the one thing they wanted to do was to go white water rafting. They got lots of brochures, and noticed that all of them advertised themselves heavily as Christian-run organisations. Except for one. Guess which one they chose?
