Yes, its all rather dusty. Am moving the bathroom upstairs which means a hole for a window in the ouside wall ( made of cob stones). Also having a hall wall taken out and 2 rooms made in to 1. Think I'll go away for that bit.

Exciting stuff!!! Hope you're pleased with it.
My most exciting thing is I went out this evening and my mum went rootling in my room as mothers are wont to do...and found the towel Id been using to clear my arms up. She then went and took every single razor out of my room...even though she knows I'll just buy another and it's not really the cutting that's a DANGER as such...Oh dear she doesn't understand. Otherwise I went to the docs today and got half the DLA form filled in, and then went out for the evening and am now very drunk. I'm also very glad the weather has got cooler as now I don't need to sleep huggin my duvet.

I expect I'll be pleased with it when it all finished. There's just rubble every where for now.
I expect it pains your Mum greatly to even begin to think about rooting in your room. I've never done that to my kids and I expect most wouldn't unless they werepower crazy or scared for their kids welfare. Its really sad watching someone cut, I'd hate it if it were one of my own.

*grumble* as you say.
Nick's coming home tomorrow!!! I got a text from her yesterday saying that they were back in France and camping in a random place in the wilderness. Which probably just means they've run out of money. I'll be glad when she's back. Although part of me won't because I find it very difficult to pretend to her that I'm fine.
So what exciting things are happening today? I don't think I'm doing a thing actually! Reading a Jonathon Kellerman book I stole yesterday, and loafing in bed. You know it's weird. Normally I sleep tons and tons and tons right? Well last night I was really drunk and exhausted but I got to sleep at 1, woke up at 2:15 and then went back to sleep at 4, then woke up at 6! Maybe this will become a time of less sleep. I used to survive on 3 hours of sleep every night and was alright but then I started sleep loads which is a bit annoying sometimes as it means I can miss things that are early in the morning if I'm not motivated towards them. Oh well.
So yes...hows you and what you up to and hows the smashing of walls going?

Hi, my builders are great, they cut through the phone line this morning.
Spent last nighjt in the tent in the garden because of the dust. Cant remember getting there though as i was round a friends house drinking wine and singing till god knows what time. I was sooooooooooooo drunk. Still have headache and have been invited round to do scrumpy tonight. dont think I dare, although......
I really hate not sleeping. If i miss sleep. I feel grumpy until I've caught up. Its probably because youre extra clever( that you dont need sleep)

Urf I've gone back to tons and tons of sleeping. The train journey back from Liverpool ended up being 5 hours instead of 2 due to flooding. Now Im completely wiped out and look like Death warmed up. Problem is that because I've been out mam expects me to be fine and to walk the dog and get her things etc today. I think I'm going to have to just pretend I've walked the dog...unless I perk up later in the day. Actually maybe I'll go lie down and see.
I've also got SERIOUS joint problems! My wrists, fingers, elbows, knees, ankles, and hips all really hurt! I've had this for about 2 years but never tell the doctor because I did before and got sent to the physio and they couldn't work out what was wrong, so I keep thinking I'm just making it up.
anyway! What's happening today? How's the weather? Stil camping? My friends went camping with their 3 year old son, and so that he knew what it would be like they camped for one night in their backgarden before going. My friend slept so well that she's thinking of camping in the garden all summer now!
