hey there! i just started looking into some aromatherapy-type treatments for depression as i've tried plenty of other things that have cultural approval but make less sense. cool info you have on essential oil treatments. i have some clary-sage as well as bergamot, neroli, sweet orange, and texas cedarwood. and i've been using tiger balm for years, i picked it up in beijing.
the best thing i've found so far for depression is meditation, which i think has very similar qualities to the study-supported cognitive behavior therapy method, as well as possibly self-hypnosis.
