Hiya DrMatt, thought I'd point you towards the PR Discussion forum where we've been discussing StraightTalker's Heart Disease PR thread. I don't want you to think we're talking about you behind your back. In raising the thread there it wasn't my intention to have a go at you or anything, but to get discussion going on how to handle comments for new authors, particularly on specialist subjects.
I'd value your comments in the discussion forum if you have time
