There it is. An easy edit. I may go through and drop in some links, but otherwise it is pretty much done.
I just left a few questions for you in footnotes. Mostly I'm wondering if you can give a brief explanation of half-lives in a footnote.

Half-life is the time taken for half the nuclei of a radioactive isotope to decay, so that only half of the original radioactivity remains.
'Crazed' means to be covered with microscopic cracks so that the glass becomes opaque.

Also, where I say that 'Experts say that as little as 0.1 of a microgram would constitute a lethal dose...' please could you insert...
A report on BBC's flagship new documentary 'Panorama' programme said that the dose was massive - an estimated 4 billion becquerels, whereas the normal level in the body is is just 20Bq. Thias quantity would only be obtainable by the ultra rich, or by Governments.
(I'll put a link to Panorama below, and to an h2g2 Entry on Becquerels.

That's explained in that link (A29222671) that I gave you.
It's a measure of the number of disintegrations per second a radionuclide undergoes. Thus, its units are 'disintegrtions per second' .

I would add that and send it back, but the cache server is misbehaving and my changes have disappeared. I assume they'll reappear again, if not today than tomorrow.

Looks Leo .
Only one error that Icould see...
'A report on BBC's flagship new documentary...' > news.
Actually, it ould be better to all it a 'current affairs' programme, rather than a news documentary; so change it to:
'A report on BBC's flagship current affairs programme, 'Panorama'...
