Hi Hannah glad i cheered you up at college. hope the lye-in was good as well! has Sam drunk any more nettle tea yet? the coconut juice - he brought a tin back from China Town is really really nice. So now the sculptor at home has an Arab Sheikh and the Queen of the Netherlands after him! not bad! Hmm i think i may some journal some more recent stuff like going with S to London, perhaps. talk again later

Hi Hannah hope you got well rested over the weekend Have just remembered how good that purple scarf came out - i had a laugh at work with Maggie - she bought a really nice looking scarf from Monsoon it's just nearly a pile of stringy bits now - i told her about your'e scarf, and said if she were to take all the bits off instead of trying to wear it home, I'd get you to make it properly - though i said it in jest or else i'd just lumbering you with it! might watch some of the 'It Ain't Half Hot Mum' episodes as we saw on the telly the other night so if you'd like to borrow them just let me know. I have got the ghastly flu today will probably be off work rest of week - if i'm not fully better before Friday ie contagious I will ring and say. Speak later! - Richard

sorry to hear your're sick. I was off mon and tues too, though i don't think it was flu.
only just noticed that your friends name is Maggie (and isn't the lady you like called Maggie too, or did i just imagine that) do you have some strange afinity to people of that name! (Maggie Thatcher!)

again you've cheered me up after a thouroughly bad week/day/hour etc with your comments about Dad's worldwide fanclub. I thought I was going to be on my way home by now, but apparently there's a Chaplaincy meeting at college at 2 o'clock, which I could have skipped, except that Imy and Rosie had the same Idea, so I had better go along as the only remaining 6th form representative, and to convey their apologies.
to top it all, I told myself that i wasn't allowed to buy any more chocolate, and there is no longer any around the house to scrounge, so I'm suffering badly from withdrawl.
I don't know about sam and the Nettle flavoured 'Arthur Dent'() but i do know that the can of cocanut (can't spell that) is still in the fridge.
also, whilst i'm here moaning, people keep eating my Yogurts, which are labeled quite clearly with my name in permanant marker, and no one will own up to it! I am even more behind in my work having taken two days sick, and I haven't been sleeping well at all.
hope you start to feel better soon, though my messages are likely to do more harm than good!
