Dear Lapislazuli
I saw your name over on the Angels and Dinosaurs thread, but not sure if you are subscribed to the conversation, so I thought I would just come in here and say hullo, because I just read your taste in music on your Personal Space. Amazing! I can relate to a lot of your list!
I saw John Cale in Brighton in May.Incredible. And I love Philip Glass, especially Songs from Liquid Days, but I have so many Philip Glass CDs, and I just about love all music, from Beefheart to Beethoven.

Hey Lapis! Good to hear from you! I would love to discuss music with you some more. I am not going to be around much in the next few weeks, but I always love to talk about music when I am here.
What are you currently listening to? I have hundreds of tracks on my ipod, (I am under headphones most of the time). This morning I was listening to Radiohead The Bends, and Philip Glass Monsters of Grace. I like an eclectic mixup. .

Hello Cactuscafe,
I have been listening to less in the recent past as I've been listening more to radio programs more than music, however, music I have been listening to this last month has been Monteverdi, Thomas Tallis, the Beachboys and Brian Wilson among other music. I occasionally get drowned (intentionally) in some harpsichord music (usually Bach) and still just marvel at the sheer inventiveness and dare I say it, perfection which music can give to a person.
This afternoon on Radio 4 (at least a BBC iPlayer rendition) to an interview with Bjork talking about her forthcoming Biophile project and some of it was very interesting.
Anytime you want to comment/discuss anything about music, just send a message. I'm not going anywhere in the near to mid future and will be available here.
Enjoy your listening,
Lapis
