So just wondering if both files finally turned up your end it took forever for them to download our end.....Beth dropped our digital camera on a concrete floor so it is going to be a while now before I can photograph anything....we have beent talking about getting a video camera for a while but it has not been high on our list though we do think it will be a wonderful resource for the childrens education especialy Rafe who could start to film his stories and plays who knows maybe he is the next steven spielberg....I know all mums think their children are wonderful.

By the way his listed on my friends site if your children want to post a thread to him of if you prefer he has his own email address but I will email that to you rather than posting it here just for security reasons if you want it....yes I am an over protective mother though not as bad as the helicopeter parents I read about today apparently the trend in America now is for parents of college age children to attend prospective job interviews along with their children the companies are now apparently putting out packs for parents to go through....I personally think that if they can't get through a job interview on their own when they are 23-25 they are not going to make much of an employee

I too was irritated by the rubbish posted by some..... I thought about it for a while and decided that I wouldn't sit by in real ife and watch someone bait someone so I said something only time will tell what will happen now.

Incidents like this are the reason why I seldom read Forum convos, let alone post to them. I went to this thread through a friends' conversation and am glad F. apologised.
I've even found the yikes button - I'm so absent-minded I thought this little blue thing on the right was just a decoration !
I guess I'm fully equipped now for future adventures on Hootoo - I wish I were as thick-skinned as the glorious veterans, though...

I am glad your not thick skinned I think it's far to easy today to become desensitised and hard of heart and I personally think that it is this hardness of heart that creates so much sorrow in the world and makes it so easy to be cruel to another....I have found your perspective on things has made me stop and examine mine.....definitely a gift to be able to cause that in another

I am going to try starting my own conversation tomorrow after Toms and my big day out so I hope you come and give some input.
