It seems really odd as an Evertonian saying this but good result last night! Makes Merseyside proud. Good luck in the final, you'll need to win to get in the Champions League next year, 'cos you ain't getting 4th place Imagine what it'd be like to have both teams in the Champions League next year

Many thanks for the congrats espically as you are an evertonian good to see you are not bitter personally i ofcourse belive we should get the place if we win the final but then that is not a certainty
and if everton do finish above liverpool do you honestly think they could represent the premiership better than our current squad in the champions league i belive everton would do well in the uefa cup but struggle at the level of the champions league also liverpool will fight for forth until it is mathmatically impossible for us to go above everton so good luck to you .
Congratulations

Bring on the good fight! I think it'd be a real shame if Liverpool win the Champions League and don't automatically qualify, won't do much good for the sport at all. If this does happen, I think the answer is clear - Liverpool should take Man Utd's spot, no-one cares about them anyway
As for Everton's chances in Europe, no I don't think they're great, even at the UEFA Cup level, but the point is we've had an amazing season when many were predicting the club would be relegated and I'd like to see the team rewarded for this. Also, Liverpool have been outsiders throughout the Champions League, didn't stop them from getting to (and hopefully winning) the final in style, so I don't want to say Everton couldn't do well, just because they're outsiders
