Why is it that people think that all the Irish are alcoholics? And isn't that stigma applied to writers too? So what does that make me? Well I'll tell you. I'm eighteen, I love reading, writing, and telling people what I think. I like a drink, bourbon being my tipple of choice, but hate being drunk. I love music, that's my other passion. Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, the Chilis (flea is the best bassist ever, refute at your peril and with damn good reason of you must), Rancid (punk at its finest, with matt freeman, the second best bassist ever. It's close), Johnny Cash and Guns n' Roses among my all time favourites, and I think good lyrics are as good as, if not better than good poetry. My favourite poet is Pat Ingoldsby, he sells his books on the streets of dublin, very nice man, has 3 cats, a fish and is one hell of a storyteller, as well as a first class poet and all round funnyman. What more can I tell you? Well nothing really, but I implore you, read what I write and tell me honestly and bluntly what you think. Oh, and I'm Early and Modern Irish in Trinity College, Dublin.
