h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I like The Cure too, I did listen to them when I was 17 so yep, I guess it is Old Music now..but still good. Also liked Joe Jackson, The Clash, The Jam, The Stranglers, XTC, Talking Heads, The Cars, David Bowie..he is the one true King..all when I was 17. Its funny but I play this stuff to my kids (my eldest daughter is 15 this year) and they hate it...say its c**p. So you give me hope and remind me that perhaps I am not totally deluded.
Anyway, I gave you some feedback on a piece you wrote and have not heard from you...just hoping the feedback was ok...sometimes I find it hard to give constructive feedback, so if it wasn't helpful or didn't give you what you needed do let me know..having an idea of what feedback moves you on as a writer would be good actually. By the way I am reading a very good book at the moment and it may be useful to you ..its called The Writers Journey by Christopher Vogler and although I've only just begun the book it talks a lot about personal journey/personal development and its relationship to fiction writing. It is well worth the investment.

Really sorry, i would have said thanks for the feedback but i have an english AS tomorrow and i just haven't had time! But thanks, i do appreciate it, and as of thursday (for that is when they're finished), i will get back to critting yours. Thanks for the tip on the book, too, i'll have a look out for it. And as for old music... i feel harsh saying it, but nonetheless, it's classic stuff. And you'd be hard pushed to find as many bands as miserable as the Cure now, barring perhaps Radiohead, i guess it's almost cathartic...
