Born into aspiring left wing working-class family, science degree (bacteriology) and post-grad management diploma- worked always in pharma industry- career start as researcher,moved into international business so spent much of my working life travelling overseas.
Now interested in philosophy, politics, economics, history, the quantum world, the universe and social justice!
Read all sorts, try to play the guitar; into music, poetry and my dogs.
Still married after all these years to a wife with similar philosophies.
Believe god is dead and man is on the road to some kind of perdition, but still amazingly optimistic.
Will talk to anyone about anything, but as one of my nephews says- "is that man opinionated or what!"
