Anne, it takes a true-blooded Scot to live with a hangover (well, we krauts have been known to, too). It´s the Sassenbachs who whine because three uisges got them so p****d they can´t remember having had a good time.

Sheer horror. Me mum has 50 yards of sidewalk and a humonguous front yard and insists on both being cleared of snow by 7am. With 20cm every night I didn´t get much sleep but rather cold feet.
