"Frosty" = cold anger. Like, rather than flying into a rage and yelling at people, you instead get all... laconic... and moody...
But don't worry about it. It's not a big deal. Here, have some cake.

Mmm... cake...
Accidentally making peope cross is pretty much my entire life, so I'm over agonising about it, really.
Still totally in the dark about what I misunderstood though... so when you're feeling less frosty perhaps you could elaborate.

"PH - the idea, which I often see so I hope I'm just misinterpreting here, that the world wars (and occasioanlly the American Civil War) are the only history worth a damn and the people who are condescending to those who think otherwise."
Well this sounded rather condescending itself. Made me defensive.
So, to clarify, I find ALL history important. And I don't think I'd be overvaluing myself too much to say that I've studied more of it than the vast majority of the population.
There are many parts of history across all corners of the planet that I find interesting. Just not everything. The origin of the phrase "Utah's Dixie" falls into this latter group.
That which we call a *former* cotton-growing city by any other name would be as unrelated to its current economy.
But like I said, don't worry about it. I've been on the other side of this kind of misunderstanding before.
