I know you have some insight into bipolar


I did actually find that thing written about people with mental health issues very hurtful. Nobody would say that about someone with a physical problem.

On the debating on internet thread.

That's okay. I don't think a lot of people realise that mental illness isn't something you can just deal with and then get on with your life; it's always there and can be more disabling than physical problems... those of us with plenty of spoons can be terribly unsympathetic about those with only a few. (If you haven't come across Spoon Theory look it up, it's a great way of explaining stuff like mental illness to people.)
