i'm poorly 
i've still got a stonking headache, according to J&L apparently we are D&Ding tonight but i don't actually know if anyones spoken to J and R, I am going to try and go to the gym as long as my headache eases off a bit, i've been sat at my machine all morning and I really have no concentration at all,but i've got to get this training material done today. Sorry I just feel rather sorry for my self I think I'll go and buy some

well headache is sort of gone now, went into workshop at lunch, J had his boss with him so couldn't ask, when I asked R he didn't know whther it was on tonight, i asked r to get j to call me but he hasn't, could you pop in on your way home and find out for me.

i've got a migrane coming, it's just a bad headache at the mo but I can feel my neck getting stiffer and my right eye is going, and we've already got 1 person off sick and 1 on holiday so I'm not really going to be able to go home unless i'm dying!!
