I notice you had listed Smij and Anglo-Norman as co-authors on the original Cromwell entry. Should they be co-authors? Should they just get an "Additional Research" credit?

I figured this out. So the entry should be published with you and Bob as authors, and Mina, Anglo-Norman and Montague Trout as additional research contributors.
