Yes, hello. You've opened up the restaurant, and in good faith I've developed a menu. Now, I'd appreciate some waiting staff, please. I'm here to cook the food, not wait on the customers. Also, There's no barman (there appears to be some kind of robbery going on in the bar) and no wine list. Can you sort this out for me, please?

And a damn fine job that you're doing with it too! I could eat every item on that menu and still want some more of your icecream (vodka and footsweat, any chance of a little on the side?)
We are advertising for staff, i know that it is a problem. However, Yael has kindly offered us her services, perhaps she would be a good waitress or barstaff.
The wine list....I will get back to you tommorow, after some collaboration with the other half of the management team
Also, I believe that we haven't worked out your wage as of yet....we have a standard 
and 2 
per week, but we could always give you a room free of charge if you so wished...?
